Rocket Money Visa Signature Card — Growth Website Redesign
In 2025, I led the end-to-end redesign of the Rocket Money Visa Signature Card acquisition website.
The previous site was weighed down by complex, finance-specific language and abstract reward explanations that left users feeling unsure and unmotivated. Drawing from user research, I simplified the experience around two core insights:
1. Prospective cardholders were overwhelmed by technical jargon related to homeownership.
2. Users wanted to clearly understand how the card’s rewards could apply to their real lives.

With those needs in mind, I stripped back unnecessary terminology and focused on clarity, warmth, and real-world examples of how to earn and redeem rewards—like turning everyday purchases into down payment assistance or other tangible milestones.
The final design was clean, intuitive, and conversion-driven. Post-launch, the new site delivered a double-digit increase in full-funnel conversions, with results reaching 95% statistical confidence—demonstrating how user-centered design can directly impact business growth.
